At Home Bar Must Haves
Darling, every hour is 'happy hour' when you are fabulous!! And let me tell you, it’s always happy hour at my house!
A few months back, Papa and I (mostly Papa) took on another DIY project and added a built-in bar to our formal dining room. I have to say, it came out amazing and we are definitely putting it to use! In addition to the extra storage space, it’s given us some creative ways to do at-home date nights! It’s been a couple of months and we’ve finally finished stocking up ‘Bar Thomas’ with all of our favorite adult beverages and bar essentials!!
As a result of my excitement, I’m sharing my favorite mezcal martini recipe. Pour this cocktail the next time you’re hosting, and it’s guaranteed to be a hit!

Let’s start with glassware!
Normally, you can find me drinking out of a plastic cup…until the company arrives. Then I get fancy!
These glasses are my absolute favorite. I love using different textured glass. It adds a little touch of glam to every drink. From an old-fashioned to my favorite martini, these glasses make each cocktail an upscale experience.
I wanted unique storage options for the bar top.
We had several bottles of flavored simple syrup and bitters. To store them, I used different oil and vinegar bottles.
The skull head was a last-minute find, but it ended up being a perfect cigar holder.
I make ALOT of martinis, purchasing a complete bartender set was absolutely necessary. The set I purchased came with everything I needed!
The wine cooler is extremely spacious. I’m not a huge wine drinker, so inside you’ll find a few bottles of my favorite wine and all my refrigerated drink mixes.
Cheers!!
